Tim joined Northbound in 2016. Tim started working as a treatment technician at the residential properties before moving to detox to be a client advocate. Being in recovery himself, Tim brings a special dynamic to the recovery process that begins in detox. Tim loves watching clients succeed and live a healthy lifestyle while in treatment. In his spare time, Tim volunteers at a local indigenous detox for less fortunate alcoholics who do not have the resources to get and stay sober. Tim has his RAD- T1, and plans to become a case manager and base his life on helping others.
