Hi my name is Jason and I’m a full blown alcoholic (“Hi Jason”). Through all my trials and tribulations I’m proud to say I’ve been clean since July 23, 2010. Some of you may know me from MTV’s Laguna Beach, The Hills, Celebrity Rap Superstar and Celebrity Rehab with Dr. Drew. I created this blog to share my truths and experiences, the highs, the lows and the dark bottom! How I learned to have joy, peace and serenity absent of any mind or mood altering substance, to be comfortable in my own skin! How I learned the true meaning of gratitude and found that balance and what it took to get me there. Personally, nothing is more self-gratifying than helping out another addict or alcoholic. So with that said I hope through my sharing you can take something with you.. Strap in and get ready for a overwhelming emotional roller coaster.
