Residential addiction treatment provides round-the-clock structure, therapy, and medical support when outpatient care is not enough — or when home environments are not safe for early recovery. Northbound's only residential campus is 9842 13th St, Garden Grove, CA 92844 — known as The Grove.
Clients in California who need this level of care travel to Garden Grove with support from admissions: benefits verification, flight planning, and family communication. More than half of Northbound clients historically come from outside Orange County — you will not be the only family making this trip.
Residential programming includes individual and group therapy, family services, InVivo® real-world skills, experiential therapies, and dual-diagnosis treatment. After residential, many California clients step down to PHP in Newport Beach or return home with HomeBound virtual IOP.
